Windmill City Fulfillment Policy

  • Once you, the client, accept a quote - you will be notified via email of the various stages of the fulfillment process - when your garments have been ordered, when your garments are in line for production, when your order has been completed and when your order is ready for pick-up or delivery.   • Delivery policy — For clients in the Coachella Valley, goods are available for pick-up and drop-off. For clients based elsewhere, shipping is available for an additional fee.

  • Return policy — All goods are final sale. No returns, refunds or credits.

  • Cancellation policy — Cancellations not accepted. Once a deposit has been made and goods are ordered, the client is obligated to pay 100% of the predetermined cost.
